Caravan Holidays
The great thing about caravan holidays is that they are all about family. Let’s be honest, who wants to spend a week in a caravan with anyone other than their nearest and dearest? We’ve had some great caravan holidays, I’ll never forget the one when C was a baby where we stayed with the grandparents, auntie and uncle with the three of us sleeping in the living room. C being breast fed was up in the night for feeds and chose that one particular night to sleep terribly making the caravan seem very small! But it didn’t spoil it and Whitby’s sights made up for the lack of sleep.
Another caravan holiday was enjoyed in spite of heavy rain making a huge racket and keeping us awake, after a while though that sound becomes very rhythmical and almost relaxing!
One of the best parts of caravan holidays is the price, they are really affordable and can mean that you have more money to spend on activities and fun! I know lots of people who own caravans, either static or touring caravans, I’ve never fancied owning a static because I wouldn’t want to keep going back to the same site constantly but with touring caravans the world is your oyster. You need good insurance with a caravan though and www.staveleyhead.com offer a range of policies that would suit the caravan owner. I’d want to make sure I was well covered if I had gone to the expense of buying a caravan.
For us I think that renting a static caravan for holidays is the best option right now, it gives us flexibility to try new seaside resorts and helps us save those all important pennies to play on the arcades and enjoy and ice-cream or two!

I love camping holidays, so different to the normal holidays i go on. Love the raw open feeling it provides you with an the enticement to go and explore the surroundings around you.
